Guarantee Policy:

Deposit and Payment: In order to confirm your reservations at Selva Verde Lodge, we require a payment of a one night deposit at time of booking. Final payment will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellation received 31 days or more prior to departure are refundable less a $25 per person processing fee.

For travel May 1-31, August 1- December 14: Cancellation received within 30 days, a penalty equal to the total cost of one night's lodging will be imposed.

For travel December 15-April 30 and June 1-July 31: Cancellation received within 30 days is non refundable.

Refunds for missed days: Should you decide not to participate, or miss a scheduled activity or meal, there will be no reimbursement made for that activity/meal.

We are unable to grant refunds for any missed portions of your reservation because of missed or delayed flights. Additionally, no refund is guaranteed for unused reservations as a result of weather, personal health or social disturbance. 

We will confirm your reservations upon receipt of your deposit.
